Payments

Horoscopus accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped only after notification that payment has cleared. Under normal circumstances, all card and jewelry orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Baby birth charts will be shipped within 10 business days. Horoscopus will notify customers by e-mail should there be an unusual delay with regards to the shipping time.

Horoscopus is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage charges for orders shipped outside Canada. Any and all charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Horoscopus ships via Canada Post across Canada, to the USA and internationally.

Horoscopus is not responsible for deliveries which do not reach their destination within the projected amount of time.

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, if a jewelry item was damaged during shipping, it may be returned within 30 days in the original packaging and we will gladly replace the product. Shipping and handling fees are not covered and would need to be reapplied on the replacement item.

Baby Birth Charts are not replaceable if erroneous birth data was provided by the customer, nor if the description fails to meet expectations. Every birth chart is analyzed by a competent astrologer but is not a substitute for advice that you would normally receive from a licensed professional such as a therapist, doctor, psychiatrist or financial advisor. Horoscopus provides no guarantees or assurances of any kind, and will not be responsible for any interpretation made or information used by the recipient.
